Q: Where can I buy Body Linen products?

A: We do not publish a list of authorized distributors, but if you call
us at 877-215-9004 we would be happy to direct you to a dealer in your area.



Q: Do you sell wholesale?

A: Body Linen sells only through authorized distributors.



Q: Can I buy directly through you?

A: Distributors, franchise chains, resellers, and schools can buy
direct.   Significant volume buyers (such as cruise lines,
hotels, major corporations, etc.) will be considered on a case by case
basis.  If you are a massage therapist, spa owner,  or 
physical therapist you will need to purchase through an authorized
distributor.



Q: Do you offer credit terms to authorized distributors?

A: With an established order history and approved credit
application.  New customers are asked to do their first orders
with a credit card.



Q:  How does Body Linen support its distributors?

A: We provide product specifications,  product images, samples
(upon  approval as a distributor), phone customer support by a
knowledgeable and friendly staff, and the fastest order processing
around.



Q: Where are your products made?

A: We have both US made and imported products.  All our US made
products are specifically labelled.  If you don't see a US Made
label, then it was not made in the USA. 



Q: Are your US made products better?

A: Generally they are a little bit better, although they are also a
little more expensive.  We don't sell any products that we feel
are not a good value.  We use only reputable overseas
manufacturers that do not use child labor or unfair business practices
and adhere to strict guidelines regarding quality and environmental
protection.  That being said, our US made products are all
lovingly produced here in Utah by our experienced seamstresses, and
such care and patience shows in the exceptional quality of our US made
products.



Q: Can you do custom work?

A: Yes!  In fact, we regularly do custom orders.  Contact us
for a quote.  We'll be happy to help.



Q: Do you offer private label services?

A: Again, yes!  Our private label services include custom
branding, blind dropshipping, and special packing slips that put your
name in front of your customers' eyes, not ours.



Q: What will I pay in shipping?

A: Shipping charges vary greatly by area and quantity, and although our
online calculator does its best, it is not always accurate, especially
on very large orders.  For the large orders, contact us for a
freight quote.  For smaller orders, we charge UPS published rates
or can use your UPS or FedEx shipper #.   You can also
arrange freight pickups with a 1 day notice.
